Structural Vibration Testing

Morfuns e-bikes strictly comply with GB 17761, GB 17761-2024 and EN 15194:2017 standards. Every unit undergoes over 150,000 times structural vibration durability tests. Simulating bumpy and complex road conditions, the test applies standard frequency and amplitude vibration to the frame, front fork and core components to verify fatigue resistance and structural stability. No crack, deformation or looseness occurs after testing, ensuring long-term riding safety and reliable quality, fully meeting domestic and international safety specifications.

Drop Testing

Morfuns e-bikes comply with domestic and international standards such as GB/T 4857.5, ISTA 3A and EN 15552. We conduct free drop tests from a height of 150cm. Simulating real logistics handling scenarios, the package is dropped in six-side, three-edge and one-corner orientations to verify impact resistance of packaging and the whole bike. After testing, no structural damage occurs to the package. Core parts including frame, battery and controller remain intact and fully functional, ensuring safe global transportation and meeting strict international packaging requirements.

1000km Real-World Road Testing

Morfuns conducts a real-road riding test of no less than 1000 km for every model of e-bikes. We simulate multiple road conditions including urban roads and bumpy pavements to comprehensively verify power output, braking performance, frame stability, motor endurance and component durability. All working conditions are monitored throughout the test to ensure riding comfort and safety. With long-distance actual road testing, we polish product quality and guarantee reliable riding experience for every user.
